Trust Packet Ops is an early-stage service that helps B2B SaaS and AI vendors prepare owner-reviewed draft security questionnaire responses and evidence indexes. This page explains the basic handling of contact and project information.
Information collected
If you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, message content, and any files or links you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, production credentials, secrets, regulated personal data, or highly confidential customer data in the first email.
How information is used
- To respond to your request and assess whether a sprint is a fit.
- To prepare draft questionnaire responses, evidence indexes, and gap lists when you explicitly provide materials for that purpose.
- To improve the website and understand aggregate page activity.
Analytics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic patterns without advertising cookies. The analytics view is used for operational measurement only.
Email routing
Current contact mail is routed to intake@trustpacket.tech. Email is not a secure channel for secrets or sensitive production credentials.
Data retention
Messages and project notes are kept only as long as useful for operating the pilot, handling requests, and keeping an audit trail of decisions. You can request deletion of your contact message unless retention is needed for legitimate administrative reasons.

Trust Packet Ops is not an auditor, law firm, certification body, or security assessor. Outputs are preparation materials and drafts for review by your own responsible owners.
